Partnership working

Each Citizens Advice is an independent charity responsible for funding its own services. Currently, core funding is provided by Mole Valley District Council; however, additional funding is needed to ensure the service provided meets the needs of the local community.

We work to extend and encourage partnerships across Mole Valley in order to:
  • build resilience and maintain the health and financial wellbeing of our community
  • optimise support available in the community and access to that support
  • target those in greatest need.

We are delighted to have set up a project with the National Lottery Community Fund to ensure continued advice and support for our clients and we continue to maintain close ties with other local charities.

Our funders & supporters

We could not do any of the work we do without the support of our funders and partners. As an independent charity, we rely on the commitment and generosity of a number of organisations and individuals for financial and other support. We are particularly grateful to Mole Valley District Council whose grant is critical to the provision of our advice services to the community of Mole Valley.

We express our sincere thanks to all our funders and partners.

Surrey County Council IT upgrades funding

We were extremely grateful to receive funding from the Your Councillor Community Fund and the YFS Small Community Projects Fund 2025/2026, which enabled us to upgrade our IT hardware and software licences across both offices. These essential improvements allowed us to achieve Cyber Essentials accreditation, strengthening our organisation’s security and enhancing our eligibility for future funding opportunities, as many funders now require this accreditation as part of their grant criteria.
