Christmas opening hours:
- Both offices open as usual Monday 22nd and Tuesday 23rd December.
- We will be open for drop-in from 10am – 12pm as usual on Wednesday 24th December.
- From 12pm on Wednesday 24th December until Friday 2nd January – both offices will be closed.
- Friday 2nd January – Dorking office only will be open for drop-in 10am – 12pm.
- Leatherhead office is closed on Friday 2nd January.
Both offices reopen as normal (see below) on Monday 5th January 2026.
There will be an extra drop-in session in our Leatherhead office only from 1pm – 3pm on Monday 5th January 2026.
Advice from our CAMV outreach sessions at the Leatherhead Community Hub and the Dorking Area Foodbank finish for the year on Thursday 18th December. They will restart on Thursday 8th January 2026.
Our adviceline service (0808 278 7930) will be closed from Christmas Eve and will re-open on Friday 2nd January 2026.
Drop-in sessions Tuesdays & Wednesdays 10am-12pm
No appointment is necessary at our drop-in sessions. If we are busy we may need to limit your time with an adviser to 20 minutes. However, we will arrange a follow-up appointment with you if needed.

Appointments
We only offer pre-booked appointments after first discussing the advice you are seeking at a drop-in session, over the phone or via email. Following this initial discussion, we may book an appointment with you if we need additional information, for example, if we think it would be helpful for us to see paperwork relevant to your situation.
Our pre-booked appointments often last for over an hour. We recognise that unforeseen circumstances sometimes mean that clients are late for, or even miss, their booked appointment with us. Please let us know if you cannot make your appointment so we can offer it to someone else. Please view our Appointments Policy for more information.
