As part of our advice service we will ask you for some details about your client and the issue your client is looking for help with. We will use this information to provide your client with advice as well as to improve our service and inform our campaigns.
We also ask our clients if they are happy to share some information about their background with us. Your client does not have to provide us with this information and it does not affect the advice your client will receive. However, it helps us ensure that we are delivering our service in a way that supports everyone and that we are reaching people from all backgrounds.
