Receptionist

This key role helps ensure the smooth running and organisation of the bureau. The receptionist is often the first point of contact for our clients.

The receptionist tasks include:

• Welcome all clients and other visitors to the local Citizens Advice
• Manage client expectations and provide clients with our client information form to complete
• Input information from the client form onto our database
• Operating the reception area, liaising between clients and advisers
• Monitoring client numbers and waiting times
• Filling
• Print and scan documents
• Help with the day to day running of the Citizens Advice service

We particularly require a receptionist in our Leatherhead office for our Tuesday and Wednesday morning drop-in sessions.

• Being responsible for the premises and overall operation of Citizens Advice Mole Valley.
