We have a vacancy for a research and campaigns coordinator.
In this role, you will identify common, or unfair, problems that our clients come to us for help about and understand what change is required to improve these problems.
You will help to organise campaigns with the aim of getting the organisation (person or elected body such as MP or local councillor) that is causing the problem, to change the way they do things. This could mean meeting with the organisation, person or elected body, writing to them or holding an event.
You will help to raise awareness of the issues through publicity materials (newspaper articles, social media, presentations etc), which could be used to explain the problems to others such as local councillors or members of the public.
You will also help national Citizens Advice carry out research about how certain issues affect clients in our local area.
A full role description can be found in this pack.
We hope to hear from you soon!
