Visit Us

You can visit our offices to see an adviser on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings during our drop-in session between 10.15am and 12.15pm – no appointment is necessary. If we are extremely busy we may need to limit your time with an adviser to 20 minutes. However, we will arrange a follow-up appointment with you if needed.

You can also call us between 10am and 4pm on:

01306 732302   or   0808 278 7930

Or, if you would prefer, you can email us by clicking here and selecting the box which is most relevant to your enquiry. By completing the short form(s), your enquiry will be sent to our office via email so we can provide you with advice.

We will do our very best to help you as quickly as we can.

Appointments

Our pre-booked appointments last approximately 45 minutes. We recognise that unforeseen circumstances sometimes mean that clients are late for, or even miss, their booked appointment with us. Please let us know if you cannot make your appointment so we can offer it to someone else. Please visit our Appointments Policy for more information.

We offer pre-booked appointments after first discussing the advice you are seeking over the phone or via email. Following this initial discussion, we may book an appointment with you if we need additional information, for example, if we think it would be helpful for us to see paperwork relevant to your situation.

What we do for you…

When you first visit us our adviser will give you a brief initial assessment so we can assess your problem. We will then decide on a course of action to help you resolve your issue or make an appointment for you.

How we help

Our Advisers will research your options and look at the possible outcomes of different courses of action. They will not tell you what to do but encourage you to make your own decisions. They will help you to make informed decisions by advising on your specific needs and giving you the facts on which to base those decisions.

Our staff are trained to advise on virtually any issue including:

  • Debt
  • Welfare Benefits
  • Housing
  • Employment
  • Family and personal matters
